1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" refers to the user profile created by a Player on the nan4d platform, containing personal information, transaction history, and gaming activity.
• "Platform" means the nan4d website accessible at https://nan4d.cam and any associated mobile-optimized versions.
• "Services" includes all online gaming offerings provided by nan4d, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, lottery draws (including togel), and other wagering products.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using legitimate Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) payment methods, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by nan4d subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or participation in games or events offered on the Platform where real money or bonus funds are at risk.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process requiring submission of Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or other government-issued identification documents.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with nan4d, depositing funds, or placing any wager on our Platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address registered on your Account or through prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of our Services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use nan4d Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Online gambling is restricted to adults only. We conduct age verification through our KYC process and reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory at the time of registration and gameplay. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. Persons subject to legal guardianship, bankruptcy proceedings, or court orders restricting financial activity are not eligible.
4. Single Account: Each Player is permitted only one (1) account on the nan4d Platform. Creation of multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") for the purpose of bonus abuse, circumventing limits, or other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
5. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of nan4d or any affiliated entity. You must not be subject to international sanctions, money laundering investigations, or other legal prohibitions.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian KTP or passport, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

nan4d is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. You must submit clear photographs or scans of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or other government-issued photo identification within 72 hours of registration or upon first withdrawal request, whichever occurs first. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions and potential account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify nan4d immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. nan4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must immediately update your account information if any of your personal details change, including but not limited to your residential address, email address, or phone number. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in missed important communications regarding your account, security alerts, or policy updates.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

nan4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit amount may vary based on your account status and payment method. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering verification procedures.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If you do not see your deposit reflected in your account balance after 30 minutes, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during our business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching the name on your verified identity documents. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawal requests or if we detect suspicious activity.

5.3 Fees and Charges

nan4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. For withdrawals below Rp 500,000, a nominal processing fee of Rp 5,000 may be deducted to cover administrative costs.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

In accordance with international AML regulations, you must wager deposited funds at least once (1x rollover requirement) before requesting withdrawal. Deposits and immediate withdrawals without gameplay activity will be flagged for review and may result in account suspension pending investigation. nan4d reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

nan4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated on the promotional page or communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the specified eligibility criteria. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus can be claimed only once per Player, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (typically ranging from 5x to 40x the bonus amount) before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period (typically 30 days from bonus activation).
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. Check the specific bonus terms for detailed contribution percentages.
• Maximum Bet Limits: When playing with active bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 25,000 per spin or hand). Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to manipulate or abuse bonuses through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent methods will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and potential account closure.

nan4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of disputes regarding bonus terms, nan4d's decision is final and binding.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

All gameplay on the nan4d Platform must be conducted in accordance with the specific rules of each game, as published on the Platform. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by these rules. Key gameplay principles include:

• Fair Play: You must play fairly and in good faith. Use of bots, automated software, exploits, bugs, or any other unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Technical Issues: In the event of game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, nan4d will make reasonable efforts to restore your session. If restoration is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. nan4d is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Results and Disputes: All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome observed by the dealer. Results are final and binding. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the disputed event via our customer support channels.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the respective governing bodies. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the market rules. Dead heat rules, void selection rules, and other sport-specific rules apply as published.
• Live Dealer Games: Players must treat live dealers with respect. Abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior in live dealer chat will result in chat privileges being revoked and potential account suspension.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

1. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse or circumventing limits.
2. Using VPN, proxy servers, or other anonymization tools to mask your location or identity.
3. Colluding with other Players in poker or other multiplayer games.
4. Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
5. Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain.
6. Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or other low-risk betting strategies intended to abuse promotions.
7. Conducting fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
8. Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets.
9. Money laundering or other criminal activity.
10. Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward nan4d staff or other Players.
11. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Platform.

nan4d cooperates with law enforcement agencies and will report suspected criminal activity. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected prohibited activity.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nan4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to Player error, misunderstanding of rules, or poor gaming decisions.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banks.
• Loss of data, account information, or transaction history due to technical failure.

The Platform and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. nan4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves inherent financial risk. You should never wager more than you can afford to lose. nan4d is not responsible for gambling-related financial harm or addiction.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited. You may be required to observe a cooling-off period before reopening an account.

10.2 Termination by nan4d

nan4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Platform. In such cases, we will provide written notice and an opportunity to appeal the decision. If your account is closed due to violation of terms, any remaining Real Money Balance will be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. After 18 months of inactivity, nan4d may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 deducted from your account balance. Accounts with zero balance and no activity for 24 months may be permanently closed.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and best practices. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of nan4d Services shall first be addressed through our internal customer complaints procedure. You may submit a formal complaint to our customer support team at [email protected]. We will investigate and respond to all complaints within 14 business days.

If the complaint cannot be resolved through our internal procedure, both parties agree to pursue good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration standards. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable Indonesian consumer protection laws.
